Epicor 10 Menu Structure Configuration Rollout

Also forgot that there is Ice.XXXChunk and Ice.XXXDef that includes MainMenu information but I never got very excited about this since it stores binary data.  If you figure out how to interpret, I'd like to see.

Has anyone figure out how to roll out the main screen for Epicor 10.  We are looking to configure a default screen for departments and roll it out automatically.  I'm referring to the main screen that has a windows 8 look and feel.  (not sure what it is called)

We refer to it at our organization as the Metro interface.  I asked Epicor about how to set up a consistent interface by user group and was told that the software is not configurable by user group like this (as of 10.0.700).    I have not tinkered with it yet, but I suspect you could create something by looking at Ice.FavItems and Ice.FavFolders

There are some items in Ice.FavItems and Ice.Favfolders but Not all of the information.
For example adding a custom Tile does not shop in the Favorite Tables.

I think it must be a config file on the server.   I don't think its the client since loggign onto another persons machine will pull up my layout.

I did a String Search on the database to find a custom Tile I entered and found no results.
This is what has led me to believe there is a config file.  (Or multiple ones)

If anyone else has any ideas please let me know...
