[Epicor 10] Mixed SSRS POs When Printing Simultaneously

Tanner,

Thanks for the information!
I'll get in contact with support and reference that call.

Hey all,

I'm having what seems to be a freak accident, but shouldn't be happening regardless.

My shipping department came to me with 2 printed PO's 71476 and 71477.

The issue is they're identical in all the ways except the PO number when they should not be.

Even verifying the information in each PO shows they should have different data. When I looked at the system monitor, it looks like they printed them within seconds of each other, so I tested that with myself and a coworker.

We printed two different PO's (80000 and 80001) at the same time and we got the same results as shipping. It looks like some wires are getting crossed. In our instance, though, our PO numbers were the same, but the data was different. I was the one printing PO 80000, but my form, when it came up in the preview, was 80001, but had all of the data from my PO below it.

How can I prevent these processes from getting mixed in case this happens again?

Regards,

Aaron Willett

More info:
When I grab the Table GUID from the system monitor for each report and preview them in report builder, they come up correctly.
I suspect a caching issue in SSRS...

This happens on POs and Invoices in 10.0.700.1.  The way the reports
were written appear to use shared variables which are shared across
the server, not the session.  The SCR for the PO is 152449.   I
don&#39;t have an SCR for the invoice form but our open call is
3398542ESC<br>
