Same issue with orientation and sizing with Crystal Runtime SP3 and SP4.
I'm trying to locate an older Zebra universal driver 1.4.52 that Epicor said worked. This driver is obsolete and no longer on the Zebra website.

We're using LP2844's to print part tags. For shipping labels we use zebra
ZM400's. I've found better success if you use the Seagull Scientific
drivers instead of the actual zebra drivers...

We're primarily using Zebra GK420d, or GX ones. Got some old LP and TLPs too. Printing crystal reports only tags for internal use.

What problem are you having? I had to use CR 2008 SP4 Runtimes in order to fix our problems. We were having orientation and resizing issues.
Are you using bartender or crystal for your labels?
