Epicor 9 Product Configurator needed!

We are currently recruiting for an experienced ERP Product Configurator to work out of our Milwaukee, WI office. If you are a self-starter, goal-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline oriented environment you will want to consider working at Interior Systems, Inc.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the ERP Product Configurator performs all configuration related tasks associated with building and maintaining product configurator models in the company ERP system, Epicor (E9) The successful candidate will possesses extensive and current knowledge of technical principles, theories and concepts in the configuration management field and experience with organizing and/or supporting Configuration Control Boards. He/She must also possess strong analytical skills and excellent systems skills/ adaptability. A proven attention to detail and organization is a MUST as well as strong oral and written communication skills!

What Else You Will Bring to the Table:
Requires an In addition to the qualifications details above, you'll need;
• Have previous experience with Epicor (E9/Vantage) ERP system (not required but highly desirable)
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Mechanical, Production or Industrial Engineering (or related field equivalent); a minimum of 2 years of experience with configuration management.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, project planning, presentation flow charts and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to update and maintain custom software applications.
• Possess efficient time management, leadership and problem-solving skills.
More About Your Role:
• Lead the development and implementation of ERP Configuration Management standards, processes, systems and tools.
• Designs configuration processes for Make-to-Order (MTO) products to combine the various components, calculations, values, and modifiers to work together to create accurate configuration designs including accurate Methods of Manufacture (MOM).
• Provides guidance and expertise for the development, analysis, and compliance verification of process and product baselines.
• Analyze, process and track change orders and other design documentation to minimize processing time, optimizing department throughput.
• Works in a data driven environment, drives process improvement, analyzes systematic issues and implements solutions to challenging problems.
• Provides technical recommendations to a wide variety of problems related to configuration and change management. Coordinates the product changes within the engineering and manufacturing environment.
• Maintain the logic and rules that govern the Configurator to ensure that only technically viable product combinations are available.
• Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the Configurator, to cover not just the information stored in the product lines, but also the mechanism of the Configurator itself.
• Maintains a synchronized, collaborative workflow through positive, courteous team interactions with cross functional teams – keeping all parties informed of issues, changes, challenges, delays, etc.
