Running a test in a VM.

4 gig RAM
Doing this on MSSQL DB will require quite a bit more in resources.

Subject: Re: [Vantage] Epicor 9 - Version 9.05 - What is the minimum requirement for installing this for a test environment?
I have an epicor test environment running on a Hyper-V box.
Server is Server 2008R2, SQL 2008.
Workstations are Windows XP Pro.
If people need to test something out, they connect to their respective
Virtual XP box.

Patrick,
I've got a small install (less than 10 users) with E9.05
installed on a
fairly low end server and performance is pretty good.
Dell T300 server
with 4G RAM running Windows server 2003.
For what it's worth, this is Progress though and not SQL.
I'm sure for
testing only you could get by with less.
