Thank you, i am very proud and honored to take this on. Working with you Jose, and rest of the Epicor community has been a pleasure. Dumpster fire memes and all…

This is awesome! From the interaction we’ve had with Vaibhav so far, he’s proven to be a great listener, and respectful leader! I can’t wait for this new chapter!
Congrats @Vaibhav_Vohra!
Looking forward to the impact your perspective will bring to the leadership role.
Couldn’t have happened to a nicer more genuine person. Truly have loved all our interactions and can’t wait to see what the future holds you and Epicor!
Congratulations, @Vaibhav_Vohra This is incredibly well-deserved.
Over the past five years you’ve been right at the center of Epicor’s biggest challenges and opportunities, and it’s clear the company is in excellent hands as you step into the CEO role. The energy and clarity you’re bringing set Epicor up for a strong next chapter.
I’ll be honest, I’m still not fully convinced that SaaS won’t make my life more difficult. But you’ve told me with real conviction at Insights that you believe in it, and as CEO I trust you’ll work even closer with customers to improve the tooling, the experience, and the day-to-day realities of living in the system. If anyone can help make the next 10 years of Epicor the best years of Epicor, it’s you.
The road ahead will have its bumps, but the community has nothing but respect for your leadership and the way you stay focused on solving real customer problems.
Let’s win together!
Congratulations Vaibhav!

Let’s go @Vaibhav_Vohra !
Congratulations, @Vaibhav_Vohra. This is incredibly well deserved.
I first met Vaibhav during his first week at Epicor, over Teams, and then again in person just a few weeks later at our annual sales conference. From those first conversations, I was impressed by his depth of knowledge, his ability to quickly understand a business and its challenges, and, just as importantly, his ability to connect with people.
A few months later, I had the opportunity to report directly to Vaibhav as we worked to launch Automation Studio. That gave me a much closer view of how he thinks, how he leads, and the vision he has for what Epicor can become. It was one of those opportunities that had a lasting impact on me and on how I think about our business.
I no longer report directly to Vaibhav, but that has never changed the sense that his door is open if I need it. That says a lot about the kind of leader he is.
Steve Murphy has provided Epicor with nine years of steady leadership and helped build the strong company and foundation we have today. This next chapter builds on that foundation, and I am excited to see where Vaibhav takes it.
Congratulations, Vaibhav. I can only imagine how satisfying this moment must be. I know our employees, customers, partners, and the broader Epicor community will appreciate the leadership you bring to the role.
The best is yet to come.
Congrats

Good Luck on Week 1. Congratulations once again. I am just curious if you walked-in like Elon with a Sink ![]()
No new sink spotted so far, but the positive vibes are flowing through Epicor’s plumbing. Pressure is excellent, no leaks detected, and not a single stopped-up drain in sight. ![]()
Love it, Tim!
