What do you mean by changed the administration lebel to them?
Do you mean they made themselves the only admin to the Vantage System and
removed manager or another user from having admin rights? or do you mean to
the entire server itself?
Are you running progress DB or MSSQL DB?
There is a backdoor in to reset a user's password by accessing the DB tables
directly, and removing whatever entry is in the "password" field in the
table "userfile", that should blank the password and allow you to login with
any password and then set the password to whatever you want.
