Occasionally, seeming at random times, the Epicor client get’s this washed out look to it. The test goes gray and editable fields still work, but appear to be greyed out. To get the client back to normal, we have to close out and come back in.
It has happened on multiple computers. We are running Epicor 10.0.2.600.

Any ideas on how to prevent this behavior?
Any customizations on the screen? If not any version of 10.0 worries me personally as it was a generally buggy version. 10.1 and above has been a much better experience
When it happens, any forms, customized or not, have that grayed out look. We are on 10.2.600.
I noticed this happen randomly too when I had ‘Disable Theming’ ticked in Preferences > Theming tab. Never had it when that option is unticked.
Interesting. We do have Theming disabled because forms generally perform better (faster) without it.
