Epicor Collaborate Down? Please confirm if possible

Since this morning we have been seeing errors on the Collaborate Screen and the big “Sad Trombone Face” and when we go to collaborate Management, we are seeing a web address not found on there as well. We are on-prem.

I did get an email from Epicor saying that collaborate would be down on Nov 4th, but we aren’t close to that. Is anyone else experiencing this, or should I open a ticket?

Morning Joseph!

I just logged into my environment to check and see if I could access Collaborate Management and unfortunately I’m seeing the same thing.

We are on the cloud and working in the browser.

The error I’m receiving is this : The webpage at Epicor Collaborate might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. I imagine you’re seeing the same thing? The collaborate widget is also completely blank and doesn’t load anything, so I’d wager it’s down completely.

Definitely looks like something is goofed up and it’s affecting both browser and on-prem so far that you and I are able to confirm. I’ll put a ticket in on my side as well. I can’t imagine this is related to the update that’s coming next week, as I received this e-mail too and there isn’t any additional maintenance mentioned.

I’ll let you know if I find/hear anything else!

They should add this to status.epicor.com

Thanks all, this has just come back online for us. I appreciate the “collaboration” that it was down… (sad trombone!).
