Hello All,

We have recently implemented an Epicor Idea Log In - Epicor Identity to reduce instances where users collapse cards by mistake, but it’s meeting with some negative feedback internally. I’ve opened up a discussion here where we would like your all’s feedback on whether we should keep the feature change, revert it, or augment it in some other way.

I added a comment on the ‘Idea’ but I’ll put it here also:

I think a compromise might be to expand/collapse the panel card upon single click of the caret, or double-click on the panel card header. Some people might like the freedom to click anywhere on the header, but this helps avoid an accidental expand/collapse.

Now that I’ve digested that, it makes a lot of sense. Especially if I had previous expectations from how it used to work, that’s exactly what I would try next.

I could support the double click.

Also vote to keep the change… and/or would support the double-click idea as well. Its nice to be able to click anywhere… but a double-click would at least limit accidental collapses from occurring.
