Does Epicor CRM work with on-premise ERP10? The ‘Help’ mentions using Microsoft Azure authentication and ‘authentication is not supported for Epicor CRM.’ Does anyone know if that means it only works with cloud-hosted systems? ---

We used with on-prem E10. It doesn’t support AD SSO like E10 does. So users had separate CRM user accounts. If you use Azure AD you could hook into that. We opted not to connect an environment to Azure AD. We knew we weren’t going to keep Epicor CRM long so didn’t spend the time on it. ---

Tim, it works with on Prem. Take a look at the Mobile CRM install guide and you will see how to get it to work. ---

To add. It’s rather easy to install.
