Epicor Data Collection, menu access for non-security managers

In Epicor Data Collection, the replacement for MES, when I log in as a security manager I have access to the Kinetic menu (waffle), but when I open it as a regular user I do not, are there changes I can make to the security table that will affect the presence of this menu?

No, I did not, I did notice that if I sign into “kinetic” before data collection (on the browser) I do not have access issues, but if I sign into Data Collection first I am unable to run all applications.
There may be some additional correlation between where you log in from regarding the ‘waffle’
