Hi all- This is an old subject, I’m sure, but I we are still running Epicor E9, with Crystal Reports. For some reason and out of the blue users cannot print. I solved that problem by updating the E9 path from the production Epicor launch icon. However, we have one MES system that has the same problem and I cannot figure out how to fix it. I’m sure that it’s because of being MES and not production.
