Dear Sir,
Does anyone encounter this issue as what I’m facing now.
An error occurred trying to read the course listing from the Education Courses web site.
I have set in Company Maintenance but still failed.
I really appreciate all your help in fixing this help issue.

If it’s a help file thing, check out this thread. It looks like that’s probably what’s happening to you.
Update on this.
I opened up internet explorer (like the old crappy one) and cleared the cookies out of there. That fixed it for me. To find that out we used fiddler to see which browser it was using. (why it took us so long to figure out?? I don’t know)
This will also happen if you need to update Education - possibly after minor update, etc. You can try the re-install and see if that solves your problem.
