Epicor Email from shared mailbox with Delivery Receipt?

Is this possible? Looking at the ISmtpMailer it does not

No one with any ideas? :frowning:

With Document Sender yes cause it opens up outlook

Not to be overly picky but @josecgomez is correct if you continue to use Classic screens - DocSender opens local Outlook ā€œnew emailā€ and you can choose whatever options you want.

They’ve had to change the functionality for cloud/browser users and it’s just not the same. The Kinetic version of Document Sender will send emails directly OR place them in your drafts folder - both methods use the new Kinetic Email settings for Office 365. Once it appears in your drafts, you can choose other settings like receipts, but not if you have it email directly.

I’m working with the Dev group in CSG UK now on some problems and I’ll add this ot the discussion. We’ve wanted it for a while too.

@josecgomez @MikeGross Thanks for the replies! I will provide more context as I was asking in reference to either AR Form APR Breaking and Routing or BPM Function or any other automated means to provide notification the recipient’s mail server got the message. Using Epicor’s built in ISmtpMailer I don’t see that option available even though the System.Net.Mail.MailMessage contans DeliveryNotificationOptions property but their Ice.Mail.SmtpMail does not provide this functionality. :frowning:
