I go there, but I only get four buttons:

Find Call
Find People
Settings
Your Org.

No answerbook. Odd, eh? I have put a call into Epicor about it.

According to EraNet, the support options will be the same in ePortal as they
were before. So is it just me, or is there no answerbook in the new ePortal
support site? I can't even get into support.epicor.com anymore because it
won't take our password.
