I have a remote user who occasionally gets an ‘Epicor is Offline’ message when attempting to start Epicor
vpn connection is working
ping tests are fine
opening a web page served by the epicor application server is fine
What other tests are valid?
use Putty to open a raw tcp socket connection to 808? (we are using net.tcp bindings)
Are there options within the Epicor client to turn on client connectivity debugging?
