In Epicor Information Worker with the Outlook add-in installed and used, does anyone know of a way to filter the customer import sync other than just customer name? That import pulls the entire customer table into outlook, including customer records from other companies in a multi-company environment.
I have a multi-company environment with almost 20 other companies in the database and more than 12000 customer records trying to import. I need to be able to filter the incoming import by company.
it’s been too long for me to recall exactly, but during the configuration of the client, you can choose ‘advanced’ or ‘custom’ or something, and get to where you can specify filter params for the BAQ behind the Customer list. You can have multiple values like company and territory that are specific to the installation, or you can actually go directly to the BAQ (they all start with IW) and add a filter there that will be global.
