Is Epicor Kinetic down for anyone else??
Americas here. Furiously refreshing now but so far not down.
We are on Enterprise cloud and getting reports of TEST MODE when users attempt to login. We are not public cloud though.
Hydromat is in STL from what I can tell so def central.
Love the Lou! Good to know there’s another cool company using Epicor down there. I know that St Louis Music is also using Epicor if you ever need some community!
Central US - seems to be ok for us.
Finally came back up here but still slow. This happens at least once or twice a week. Is that occuring for anyone else? We are on public cloud Central US(Missouri).

What datacenter are you tied to. CentralUS seems okay for us.
We are too, US central, I asked our GM to try and keep track of it, but I don’t think it’s practical to ask that. Really wish Epicor kept metrics and posted them transparently about BO object times, etc.
He seems to only report it when it’s bad, bad, like can’t do anything.
I haven’t heard anything from him today yet. I just logged in and ran a report. Seemed fine.
Yes. Reliability seems bad.
Central US but public cloud if that makes a difference. We have had issues before where we were told it was another company that caused our part of the cloud we were on to go down which is why I always like to check anything I can.

We didn’t have any reports of an outage earlier, but we can’t print jack at the moment. Restarted Task Agent via CMP to no avail. Anyone else having reporting issues in Public Cloud?

Just checked our system monitor, displayed all tasks and no errors. No outage for us either.
Looks like we’re back in business now. Stopping and Starting the Task Agent a second time kicked us into gear.
