We just recently “upgraded” to Kinetic 2024 and so far everything has gone [unexpectedly] smooth. . . except for one user. As far as I can tell, this user doesn’t stand out from any other in the system - except for how his client installation handles attachments.
We use a file server and file system types for all of our attachments, however, for this user, his client tries to look in one drive [ew] and sharepoint to open attachments rather than the file server where the files actually live.
I’ve had him try clearing his client cache and clearing the sharepoint cache in the client, followed by a system restart - no dice.
Has anyone else experienced this? I’m fairly certain it’s something obvious that I’m missing.
