I’ve been trying to set up the Mobile CRM app on our environment. Been moving on from error to error and finally managed to log in but now I’m stuck with this:
We’re testing 10.2.300 so this is our upgrade server. Reading through the install documents there should be no need to install BAQs on 10.2. I can see them if I go through the REST swagger page (zCRM…) and can actually query data so I believe the BAQs are already there.
We had the exact same issue. The Cloud Team fixed our situation but I know that .300 has updated BAQs they needed to install. This is our case ID if you need to drill into what they did. CS0001406091.
Thanks Mark! I’ll take a look. The install docs don’t mention anything about that. They do mention an installation package that I’ve had no luck finding on epicweb yet.
