Has anyone run into an issue with Customer contacts defaulting to ‘Personal’ contacts. I have a user that can’t see his Customer’s contacts. I had this issue once before where there was a filter that was not showing and clearing all filters fixed it. This is different. There are no filters and ‘Retrieve Contacts’ is checked. There is a search icon (magnifying glass) showing on his Contacts panel next to the filter icon (funnel) that I have not seen on anyone else. If we click on the search, it is defaulting to ‘Personal’. If we change it to ‘Basic’, his contacts show up.
I don’t know where the search icon came from. The user has no personalizations showing under ‘Personalization Purge’.
