Hello,
We utilize the quoting portion in EPICOR and occasionally run into problems where while pulling details from another quote line, the engineering will lock out and seize the quote. Once this happens all lines on the quote are conflicted and cannot be changed, deleted, or modified.
We have opened numerous tickets with EPICOR support. Because we can’t recreate the issue on demand they cannot offer a solution to rectify.
Has anyone else encountered this issues and have a potential fix or root cause?
