We’ve just recently implemented Enterprise Search. Is it typical for the Enterprise Search Indexer to hold onto RAM when it is not doing anything? The index job from last night completed hours ago, but the Epicor Search Indexer is still holding over 2 GB of RAM.
Can you tell us which Epicor Version you are on? I’ve used Search Indexer since E9, no issues even in 10.1.500 and 10.2.300 thus far.
I’m on 10.2.300.28. Have a ticket open with Epicor regarding this.
