Epicor Service Portal - View all cases for company?

I can only see cases I have created, is there any way to view all cases for the company?

On your Workforce record, do you have “View All Territories” checked?

Maybe I posted this in the wrong spot - I am referring to the EpicCare / Epicor Service portal website, and I think you are referring to the case feature in the Epicor software.

I was thinking of CRM Cases!

You just need to be set as a Site Admin in EpicCare. Have your CAM set it up for you.

Can’t you go on your profile and set the type of user? or maybe because I am already a poweruser I have this setting available…

That’s correct. Power User is the term, not site admin. Thanks @Hogardy
