Thanks Sigfredo, that worked!

Hi All, we continuously receive the error message "Epicor Session Manager has stopped working" when logging into any environment. We use a local client install on each user's machine. Has anyone experienced this issue and come up with a fix?

In your default.mfgsys file (C:\Program Files (x86)\Epicor Software\Epicor905\Client\config), just modify the following line to state disabled.

<SessionManager value="Disabled" options="ActiveHidden|ActiveInTray|Disabled" />

This will stop the error message. When calling Epicor support in the past, we asked on several occasions what this was.  However, they couldn’t or didn’t want to elaborate on what Epicor Session Manager was.  They just specified how to make the error message stop.

Regards,

Sigfredo.
