Seeing the same error message that was reported here, but can’t figure out what is causing it: [The request failed with an empty response](https://www.epiusers.help/t/the-request-failed-with-an-empty-response/38973) No upgrade/change has taken place at the server level. Reports worked fine yesterday but began failing overnight, no report will process today. Plenty of disk space remaining (two drives on the server, OS drive has 174 GB free, data drive has 313 GB free). Only change that I am aware of is that Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication settings were changed yesterday afternoon but that change was rolled back this morning with no change in the reporting services issue. I have a ticket open with Epicor Support but I am desperate for a solution, so thought I’d check here while I wait for them to call back. We were able to get this resolved. In case anyone comes across anything similar in the future: We determined that the issue was related to a security software blocking the Reporting Services executable. The security software was deployed several weeks ago so we didn’t expect that was what was causing the issue but as soon as we reverted that software from protected mode to learning mode, the issue went away. Thanks!
