Hello, I am very new toEPICOR. I am attempting to change Labor burden rates and I want to do in the test company first. THe Open Job report is wayyy less than the real time set. isnt the test supposed to be verbatim of real time??
You should have a PILOT database you can test these changes in. It should be a copy of your Production.

Hi Randy, thanks, Yes i did log into the Pilot company, is there a place i can upload a current database?
Not from inside Pilot. If you have a technical admin for your Epicor, ask them.

Welcome Nahar! You came to the right place!
Check out CMP. That’s Epicor’s Cloud Management Portal. They gave us the ability restore a snapshot of our live database to our pilot database. There are still plenty of gotchas, so if you have the time and patience, ask support to snapshot live over to your pilot server.
You pilot database only gets updated with a snapshot from your live database when you request it. Otherwise it is kind of willy-nilly about when they pull a snapshot and update pilot (has this changed now in Kinetic?)

It looks like you are on-prem. You just need to do a backup of your prod database and restore it to your pilot database.
Just be aware that once you do the restore to the pilot database it will do a full replace so it will wipe out any test data you have in pilot.
If you don’t have access to your SQL environment talk to your IT person. Have them do a backup of pilot before doing the restore, just in case
