Epicor - Windows 7

Having it on usually lends a solid performance boost, but you want to
disable it for now to see if it's causing your issue.

Hi All

We are having an issue where a user is making changes on Epicor and saving, but when they go back in to check, the changes are not saving.

This has happened a number of times with the same user.

This problem never happened until the user switched to a Windows 7 machine.

Has anybody has a similar issue?

If so do you have a fix?

Thanks,

I have seen this before are you in 9.XX? If so clear the cache I've seen it
do this before. If you are not in 9XX you must also clear the cache but its
harder cause you have to find it. Usually in Windows 7 C:\ProgramData\Epicor

Oddly enough this just started happening to a user of mine.

Installed Win7 64 bit for this new user and she is having issues with saving to the Supplier Price List when she clicks on Primary Supplier.

9.05.607A

When does this happen for your user?

We are on 9.04.505c and it happens usually Engineering Workbench, Part Maintenance and Warehouse Bin.

We have tried clearing the Epicor cache, but it still occurs.

Epicor suggested it might be memory cache but I have no idea how to sort this?

Have you tried in XP mode? I have to run DMT on one 64bit machine in compatibility mode, but another is fine.
