ERP10 - Customer Shipto search by postal code returns no records

In the Sales Order Entry screen, I bring up a sales order. All searches work but the shipto search. I click the Shipto button. The screen appears. I select postal code and enter the postal code of the shipto in the window. Click search and no records display.
Another user logged in; and it worked for them. What permission or problem am i having???

RESOLVED – Someone added the associate to a new workforce user that did not have “View all Territories” checked. Checking that box solved issue.
