Error 599 or Error 0 when print V6.1

We had this error while we were still on 6.1. Be sure that the correct
versions of the p2sodbc.dll (8.5.0.72) and p2bxbse.dll (8.6.0.25) are
located in the WINNT\System32 folder for each workstation and in the
mfgsys61\dll (Ver. 6.10) folder on the server. If they are different
copy the server versions to the client.
We have started to get this error on certain of our workstations.
Vantage support not able to get us past this error. Any suggestions on
how to fix this would be appreciated.

Check that the vantage.mfg and mfgsys.ini files on the server have not
been altered. We get this problem anytime we install Vantage on a new
workstation.

Hope that helps...

Russell,

This happens to us when we install another Vantage client and the
installation modifies the Vantage.mfg file.

It returns the file to the default state; which is to comment out the
last four lines which are used to access ODBC connections.

If you have altered any reports, to include ODBC connections, and the
ODBC connection is not proper setup in the Vantage.mfg file, you will
get the 599 error.

The 599 error also occurs, if you have used an outer join and have not
added the registry patch for using outer joins.

If you use XP, the outer join fix must be applied for each user (we have
been caught on this several times).
