We are processing with the Nonconformance operation.
We entered the required values but getting the below error.
Does anyone know how to solve it?

It tells you how to solve it. Look in the Part Locations in Job Tracker (you could also use Part Tracker). If you use that screen it will tell you where all of the pieces are located.
This is an old thread, but I encountered this error recently and here’s what caused it for me - I was in Test environment and had forgotten to issue materials to the job before making the nonconformance
