When re-linking a job to a release the sales order qty is getting an
error that if the qty is changed to greater than the original qty it
can't be changed. This error doesn't occur with every re-linking
that is done, just occasionally?
Steps that occur for re-linking:
1. ensure that the line/release are open in sales order
2. ensure that the job is open and unengineered
3. increase the qty on the sales order (line/release)
4. this is where the error will occur (Qty can't be greater than the
original qty)
5. sales order increase qty is needed to create the demand link
within that line/release. Otherwise the error that occurs is can't
use that release
6. If all is well then save the job (re-engineered/release)
7. change the sales order qty back to original qty
8. complete the job
9. close line/release
