Error on Specific Client Machine v8.03.305F Cannot access AR-Tr

All of a sudden I have a client not able to load their "AR-Tracker"
But if I log-In on my machine as that specific user everything is fine.
I also attempted to use my credentials on that specific clients machine
and it failed as well. I get the following errors, has anyone run into
this before? If so any help would be appreciated!

I would take the simple approach first which would be to recopy the
client803 folder on the client machine.
