Hi Dustin,

Try opening the report in Crystal, select File | Page Setup from the menu, and make sure that "No Printer (optimise for screen display" is ticked in the dialog box.

Hi all,

This past week I installed a new printer at a workstation. When this user attempts to print a standard report out of Vantage such as the "POForm" or JobTraveler", they are able to print to the printer with no issues. However, if they attempt to print any of our modified versions of reports such as the modified versions of the "POForm" and Job Traveler", the reports error out and do not print.

The messgage is along the lines of: Invalid printer specified. C:\Documents~Username\Locals~1\Temp\POForm-1\09DE785-345434.rpt"
The modified versions print just fine for other users printing to other printers. I've tried just about everything and I'm all out of ideas here. Anyone seen anything like this and know how I get this fixed?!?!
