We get this issue quite frequently. The work around is closing and reopening E10. Any ideas as to what is causing this?
If you highlight that row in the System Monitor and click print preview, do you receive a different error message?
we are having this issue as well for 1 user but a few different reports. If they click print preview from the system monitor then the report will print preview just fine. Any ideas what is causing this or what the fix is?
That error usually indicates that the dataset (RDD or BAQ) was generated okay, but failed to render.
If it only happens when previewing (the initial preview, not of the row in the Sys Monitor), then it may be an Adobe reader issue (or CR run time if it is a Crystal Report).
If it is during printing, it might occur if the printer is unavailable at the time the Sys Mon tried to send the results to the printer.
this was actually part of a windows 10 local permission error in relation to the drive mapping. Once we resolved this, then everything appeared to start functioning normally.
