Error running cos/wip and MRP

Has anyone seen this error in the system monitor when running cos/wip or MRP? I’m getting it on both. We are on 10.2.200.16.

Here is the error: At least one address (To/CC/Bcc) should be specified.

Is it possible that someone added a BPM to do some notification?

I was experiencing the following error when using the quick job entry:
At least one address (To/CC/Bcc) should be specified.

Turns out that my testing of global alerts, setup as per the epicor tutorial had a data directive on AlertQue, which was interfering somehow. I disabled the datadirective, which basicailly disables global alerts and the error is no longer an issue.
