Error Signing on to Vantage 8.01

Mabye check to make sure that the client is at the same patch level
as the server.

Some of my users get thi msg while signing on to Vantage 8.01A, not
all of them. After the msg appears, click OK, then Vantage closes.
They cannot sign on.

To get rid of the error, I re-boot the PC, then sign on as Manager,
sign-off as Manager, then have the user sign on.

Any idea how what is causing this?
