Errors in Planning workbench

Create Job or Link to an existing Job - Source Part Revision not found. Part/Rev:

I’m receiving the below error in the workbench. As we are multi site ive checked both revisions on both sites and they are both approved.

does anyone have any more ideas where i need to try.

Check all of the materials as well that they are available for whatever site you are trying to firm the job for.
