EVA - Epicor Virtual Assistant - Anyone testing this?

Thanks for the info on how to log an EVA case. I found a display bug that I wanted to log (case # CS0001685863) , but I couldn’t find the EVA section, so it got routed to the wrong group and I think they re-assigned it. :slight_smile:

Epicor said to use **support to get the guid so they know where the error is.

@TommyD thank you so much for reporting both the bug and your difficulty finding the EVA category. I will notify Support Management about this. They were already working out a plan to make sure all groups know where to route EVA cases – Chris’s being one that ended up in the wrong group also.

I’ve got a question that I haven’t seen referenced anywhere re: EVA.
What’s the maximum number of hits that can be returned before it asks you for a ‘more specific name’ to narrow it down?
As an example, I ask for a descriptive that’s found in many parts, and I get ‘I found 17 entities that match… what is a more specific name’.

It’d be nice if it was configurable limit.
