We have a problem with Epicor 9 web access.
Most of our intended users are set to "Allow Epicor Web Access" and they are able to see the menu. However nothing happens when clicking on anything in the sub-tree.
When I create a new user with the same credentials in Epicor 9 everything works as intended.
What is missing?
