Export Utility Formula

In System Management, Utilities, Export Utility, I would like to do the
following formula:

if (JobAsmbl.PartNum begins "E", (JobAsmbl.TLAProdHours +
JobAsmbl.LLAProdHours) * 60, (JobAsmbl.TLAProdHours + JobAsmbl.LLAProdHours)
* 50)

I don't know the proper syntax for an "IF" statement on this Export Utility.
Can anyone give me any insight. The help menu doesn't tell me anything.
