Exporting changed records only

Have a need where we will have to export just changed records (e.g., changed/added sales orders) since last export.

There are ChangeDate/Time fields, but I was wondering if anyone has gone through implementing this kind of a ‘delta-only’ export process, and if there were any gotchas in how Epicor identifies and tracks changes.

Epicor wrote Change Data Capture (CDC) to do this. I haven’t used it, but here are the details.
