Express part checkout error

A particular user getting an error while using express part checkout. I have checked the group, and group is open and I can be able to access and entered same part in Express part checkout.

Any thoughts.

I used to get these and I would delete the group and have the user do a express checkout and the group was remade and Epicor was happy. Something else is wrong with the setup the closed message was a red herring.

I figured that an user was using that group therefore we unable to do the express part checkout. Unforturnatly, the user left from the company. it says “Group is currently being used by skuar” how to get rid of this?

Is there any way to clear this group?

Express checkout uses your user id, so you would have another user with he same ID??

ALSO… what version of Kinetic are you in? the Express Part Checkout is an old feature that we have not yet removed, but it has been replaced by a much more efficient application within the Engineering Workbench. It is called “Mass Checkout” and does a whole lot more with much less work

  1. it will automatically create a new rev if desired
  2. it automatically will get details from the old revision if desired
  3. you can do this for an entire list of multiple parts if desired.
    with all the advanced features of “Mass” checkout it is also much easier to simply check out one part if desired. Our internal users at Epicor will use this new feature as it is so much easier to check out a part.

I can be able to do the Express Part check out whereas a particular user is trying to do with the same part he is getting a below error.
