Express Ship Label Printer Setup

Jim-

We have Advanced Shipping. As I recall, there are actually TWO printers
set-up for this that point to the Zebra device. One is set-up using the
Zebra LPXXXX driver and can be manipulated as described below. The
other, as you suggest, is a "Generic/Text" device to which the FedEx
Ship application directly streams printer commands.

I would give Insite Software a call. They are in MN and are the 3rd
party that provides Express/Advanced Ship.

| does it allow me change the form size.

I am looking for help on setting up a Zebra TLP2844 EPL printer for
printing ExpressShip labels. I can get the printer to print the label
but it assumes 2in wide label and crunches the print. I called Zebra and
they said the print driver must be set up as 'Generic/Text' which does
not allow a label form size. Epicor says it's not their problem.



Is anybody using ExpressShip? If so what type of label printer are you
using and what is the sep for the printer?



Any help greatly appreciated.
