Just an FYI if you are using Extended UD Field Mapping and it does not seem to work and you are on a version less than 10.1.500 please recycle your apppool / restart IIS. 
We had a caching issue that has now been resolved.

Thanks for this! I'm sure we would have restarted eventually, but this was the tip that made it a quick fix after todays changes.
