After extending the OrderHed table with OrderHed_UD I am getting an "Index was outside the bounds of the array" error. I have noticed that for every order I enter there are 2 rows created in the UD table. The full error text is below. No BPMs or screen customization's used. Please, anyone else have this issue?!

BUMP. Has anyone seen this ever? Please, this issue is jeopardizing our go live, and I have had discussions with Epicor on it, but no solid resolution. Anyone at all?

Are you on SQL? Have you restarted your app servers?

We are on SQL64. All of the app server have been restarted, though the physical servers have not been restarted. Should I give that a shot?

Can't hurt to try, but I hate to say that I rather doubt it will help.
Sounds like a bug in Epicor. What version are you on? I'll see if I can
replicate the issue if I have a VM on the right version.

Restarting. There is an SCR for it

SCR 91076
SCR=91076, Part=_SCR-TOOL, Description=Call 1373577PSC: DEV 11387ESC CUST OrderHed_UD gives "Index was outside the bounds of array", Priority=Medium, Severity=3 - Error Workaround, Type=Tools, Module=TOL, Clientele ID=11387ESC, Target SP=9.05.608, Product=ICE-Tool, Status=Open-SCR

However I did find a way around it at one point, but that work around for whatever reason just stopped working one day. I'm just hoping someone else out there has found a work around.
