Setup = all of the supporting things that have to exist for transactions.
I.E. terms, ship via, sales categories, etc... the actual setups.
Configuration = all of the company configuration settings and the plant
company configuration settings too.
And yes, financial setups too. GL, and the data setups to support AP, AR.

What do you mean by Setup / Config? If its just the financials and things
like htat you'll be better off just setting them up the same way it wouldn't
take very long at all. You can import parts using DMT if that's what you are
talking about.
