Lydia,

It's an HP driver issue. Updating from HP's website fixed it for
us on both our 2100s and 2200s.

have fun,
john

Hi, all:

Have a really odd problem: One Win2000 workstation, direct connection to
her HP1200 printer, Vantage 5.1.118, when she presses the F6 key, SOMETIMES,
the header and footer that say "Vantage Screen Print" and "User - date --
time" print out in the Wingdings font, SOMETIMES they print in Courier. It
doesn't happen at any particular time, day of the week, before or after
she's printed anything in particular. She has current drivers for the
printer, it is local, she doesn't print on a network printer at all. No one
else uses her printer. She doesn't print Word docs with Wingdings. She
prints the labor edit report, invoices and A/P checks all without incident.

Vantage tech, usually pretty good at these kinds of things, is out of ideas,
and so am I!

Any ideas? Anybody else have this problem? Gosh, I hate intermittent
problems!

Thanks in advance!
