Faxing PO's from Vantage

We fax all of the Crystal forms using Simply Fax and have no problems.

Hello all:

We have encountered a rather odd issue when trying to fax PO's from
within Vantage. We use Winfax Pro and print the PO to the Winfax
print driver. When viewing the PO during print preview it looks OK.
When it comes out of a fax machine, the bottom portion of the PO
which details the line items has a box around it and the box is
filled with a gray background. I have also noticed this when using
PDFfactory to save it to a PDF.

Is this a CR issue? Any thoughts?

We get this too. I was told it was a Crystal Report Issue. You will notice that it will do this on all Crystal Reports. Packing Slips, Invoices, etc. Report Builder reports will run fine.

If anyone knows how to fix this I would be very happy to know.

Juliet, Dale,
This appears to be a printer driver issue. It happened to several computers
here (all running XP) until I edited the crystal form and made the gray box
just a little smaller (pushed the bottom up just a bit). Now everything
prints as it should.
